Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager will own and execute the sales enablement plan for all lines of business, ensuring staff is equipped to meet pipeline and revenue targets. This role involves leading a global team of sales enablement specialists and collaborating with various departments.

In Short

  • Owns the development of sales content for pipeline and bookings.
  • Implements and manages sales process execution aligned with sales technology.
  • Optimizes the sales tech stack including SF, Gong, Zoominfo, and others.
  • Determines sales enablement priorities with stakeholders.
  • Communicates enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Builds relationships with sales reps and delivers training modules.
  • Serves as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and services teams.
  • Provides effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps.
  • Coordinates educational content for ongoing training.
  • Uses performance data to identify skill gaps across the sales team.

Requirements

  • Analytical with a strategic point of view.
  • Highly organized and results-oriented.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative skills across departments.
  • Creative and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience with recent technological applications.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in a sales environment.
  • Experience in Sales Enablement, leadership, and coaching.
