Overview

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for training and developing sales agents to help them grow personally and professionally at iMatrix.

In Short

  • Train and develop a team of sales agents on B2B sales techniques.
  • Create and deliver training materials and programs.
  • Gather best practices from top performers.
  • Supervise and report on trainees’ progress.
  • Provide follow-up coaching and quality assurance.
  • Conduct feedback sessions with supervisors and team leads.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for iMatrix products.
  • Act as a relieving Supervisor as needed.
  • Foster relationships with the Sales Leadership team.
  • Ensure team members receive necessary equipment on time.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years in sales training/sales enablement.
  • 1-2+ years of people management experience.
  • 2+ years in B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • High level of initiative and enthusiasm for training.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
  • PC skills required, including MS products.
