Overview

As a Call Center Representative at Premier Disability Services, you will provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients, helping them navigate their Social Security Disability claims.

• Make outbound calls to clients requesting services.

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude.
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate situations.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and using CRM software.
• Strong computer knowledge and typing skills (at least 50 WPM).
