The Sales Enablement Manager role is vital to designing, developing, and delivering impactful enablement programs focused on onboarding, new sales, customer engagement, retention, and expansion. This role is pivotal in equipping the commercial team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to enhance their effectiveness, shorten ramp time, and consistently achieve or surpass company goals.

  • Support sales teams in entering new markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial enablement, or client success roles.
  • Proven track record managing enablement platforms like HighSpot or Seismic.
  • Exceptional project management and training skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
