Overview

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

In Short

  • Manage client relationship after sales process.
  • Provide consistent information to team members and stakeholders.
  • Serve as primary client/project lead for meetings.
  • Build relationships with multiple client account stakeholders.
  • Identify trends in client experience for operational enhancements.
  • Support program measurement needs with team members.
  • Develop and maintain wellness programs.
  • Report to the Director on account activity.
  • Provide customer service support.
  • Assist the sales team with demos and materials.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Professional maturity and business acumen.
  • Passion for client service.
  • Proven history of collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Light travel required.
