In Short

• Oversee strategic planning and creative development/execution
• Establish and manage program budgets and timelines
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
• Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Develop new opportunities to grow the client’s business through branding and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high quality branding and marketing solutions
• Stay informed about marketing trends and innovations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must execute strategic and tactical planning to meet client needs
• Must maintain project budgets and administration to achieve sales profitability
• Must contribute to new business opportunities, including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation
• Must develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
• 3-5 years of advertising agency experience
• Experience in traditional and new media marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to handle tight deadlines and changing client preferences
