Overview

As an Account Manager II at Forward Financing, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of ISO brokers, focusing on retaining and growing profitable revenue while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in account management or related role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to New York based ISO broker locations.
