Instructional Designer - Remote

In Short

• Design high-impact leadership curricula and performance management resources.
• Optimize global functional onboarding experiences.
• Create materials for synchronous learning (Zoom/Google Meet).
• Edit training videos and screen captures using Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or Canva.
• Build SCORM-compliant courses in Articulate Storyline/Rise 360.
• Use Generative AI to develop training outlines and course assets.
• Maintain a library of assets and manage course uploads/testing within the LMS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
• Deep understanding of learning modalities.
• Strong consulting skills with a partner and innovator mindset.
• Proven experience designing for Synchronous Learning.
• Working knowledge of video editing.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Strong skills in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Familiarity with engagement tools in Zoom, MS Teams, or WebEx.
• A portfolio showing examples of eLearning work and training materials.
