Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will be part of a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group that focuses on improving care for children with special health care needs through innovative learning solutions.

In Short

• Design and develop self-paced eLearning modules.
• Build scenario-based learning experiences and clinical case studies.
• Create performance support materials for clinical teams.
• Develop assessments grounded in adult learning principles.
• Translate complex content into accessible learning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational leaders.
• Evaluate learning solutions effectiveness using LMS data.
• Stay current with instructional design methodologies.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to refining L&D standards and processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of instructional design experience.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline preferred).
• Strong writing skills for clear content communication.
• Experience in managing projects in an iterative environment.
• Healthcare and clinical experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with technical subject matter experts.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem-solving.

• Base salary range of $70,000 - $85,000.
