PulseLearning is seeking an Instructional Designer with strong storytelling expertise to join our on-demand talent network. In this role, you will design engaging, narrative-driven learning experiences that transform complex content into compelling and memorable learning journeys.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and methodologies.
• Ability to develop narrative-driven learning experiences.
• Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
