Senior Actuary Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Actuary Analyst at Imagine Pediatrics, you will leverage your actuarial expertise to conduct and present analytics on several fronts, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing the financial and clinical value proposition of the organization.

In Short

• Develop tools to measure performance of value-based arrangements.
• Apply Medicaid reimbursement knowledge for forecasting models.
• Partner with Healthcare Economics team for reporting trends.
• Analyze profitability to inform strategic recommendations.
• Monitor performance against forecasts with finance teams.
• Collaborate with Business Development on new opportunities.

Requirements

• Associate or working towards Associate of the Society of Actuaries with 3+ exams completed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2-4 years of actuarial experience in healthcare or consulting.
• Medicaid experience preferred.
• Experience with value-based reimbursement strategies preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and/or SAS.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
