Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will work cross-functionally to drive analyses and insights that lead to informed decisions and improved business performance for clinical and operational teams.

In Short

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client reporting and business development questions.
• Develop dashboards in Tableau to support client reporting.
• Apply business intelligence best practices for user-friendly dashboards.
• Create analytical models in dbt for Tableau dashboards.
• Use SQL to analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Complete analytics requests and ad-hoc reporting through Atlassian (e.g., JIRA).
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Experience using dbt for data modeling.
• Familiarity with healthcare data sources is a plus.
