In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI tools.
• Build and optimize ETL pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Automate data workflows to streamline reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage and execute BI projects from inception to delivery.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data manipulation.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems and reports.
• Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and streamline reporting processes.
• Manage and partner on Enterprise initiatives specific to business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes and data automation techniques.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP, NetSuite, and Snowflake.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data quality management.
