As a Staff Software Developer at CoverMyMeds, you’ll create solutions that make our healthcare system work more efficiently and effectively to help millions of people receive their specialty prescription medications every year.

• Architect, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications and APIs.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior or staff-level roles.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, C#, and modern JavaScript based languages.
• Proven experience in software architecture and cloud-native application development.
• Strong front-end and back-end development skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence technical direction across teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for mentoring and growing engineering talent.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
