• Focus on pipeline generation, campaign ROI, and market expansion strategies.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for GTM performance.
• Analyze sales pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
• Conduct pricing impact analyses and support segmentation strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, marketing, or revenue analytics.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large data sets.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with GTM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to connect metrics to real business outcomes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• SaaS experience is required.
• Non-profit experience is a plus.
