Overview

The Manager, Care Team Assistant will oversee a non-clinical support team in a pediatric healthcare setting, focusing on transitions of care and enhancing existing care teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people leadership.
• Experience in data management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple data sets.
• Understanding of healthcare environments.
• Experience leading virtual teams.
• Passion for innovative technology in healthcare.
• Independent self-starter with strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working within interdisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable in tech-heavy environments.
