In Short

• Open claims and send letters of representation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance, and defendants.
• Request and review investigative reports.
• Assist Case Manager with day-to-day tasks.
• Confirm policy coverages and prepare correspondence.
• Assist clients with scheduling vehicle inspections and repairs.
• Identify claimants and obtain recorded statements.
• Communicate confidently with adjusters regarding liability.

Requirements

• Very well organized.
• Good follow-up and follow through.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Internet software, spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
