Manager, Finance - Remote

Overview

As Manager, Finance, you will support and strengthen Strategic Finance and FP&A capabilities at Imagine Pediatrics. You will play a key role in long‑range planning, capital allocation, enterprise forecasting, and performance management for a fast‑growing, PE‑backed healthcare organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience managing and developing analysts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

• Base salary range of $130,000 - $160,000.
