Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Manager at Binance will own the full financial management cycle for legal entities in the region, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and local standards while leveraging AI and automation for efficiency.

In Short

• Own the full financial management cycle including month-end and year-end close.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
• Implement improvements in accounting workflows and reporting processes.
• Assist in the external audit process and manage audit timelines.
• Contribute to annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years in Finance Manager or similar roles, preferably in crypto or multinational environments.
• Experience leading external audit cycles; Big 4 background is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple assignments and navigate ambiguity.
• Knowledge of AI tools and automation in finance functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and month-end/year-end processes.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level accounting systems.
