Decentralized Masters is a profitable, bootstrapped DeFi education company seeking a Finance Manager to build a world-class finance function.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting team.
• Implement a new accounting system and establish robust finance processes.
• Lead automation efforts to reduce manual tasks by 50%.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and departmental budget reports.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Support CFOO in financial modeling and budgeting.
• Directly manage the Financial Controller and Accounting & Payroll Specialist.
• Own compliance and corporate filing obligations.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and cost optimization projects.
• Drive the team towards clean and standardized reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Experience in financial operations and reporting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with automation and AI in finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with multi-entity structures is a plus.
• Familiarity with crypto transactions is advantageous.
• Relevant finance or accounting qualifications.
