Overview

The Finance Manager at Clari + Salesloft will be pivotal to the company’s success, helping to scale the organization by building and fostering key business partnerships across various teams.

In Short

• Contribute to creation of detailed operating plans and long-term financial models.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and analyze financial results.
• Create detailed product-level P&Ls for forecasting and reporting.
• Perform ad-hoc business case and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate to assess investment ROI and critical KPIs.
• Support accounting team in month-end close process.
• Work autonomously as a business partner.
• Communicate key messages to senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience.
• Expertise in GAAP and three-statement modeling.
• Knowledge of corporate planning tools and financial systems.
• Fluency with SaaS metrics and business models.
• Experience working with R&D teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Experience in high-growth companies.
• Independent problem-solver.
• Advanced Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills.
