Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

As the first dedicated Finance Manager at Wand, you will own the finance function end-to-end, ensuring processes and rigor are in place for a growing company in the gaming industry.

In Short

• Own the finance function and build scalable processes.
• Manage outsourced bookkeeping and ensure timely month-end closes.
• Oversee vendor payments and annual audits.
• Handle banking relationships and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with multi-jurisdiction sales tax and VAT.
• Deliver financial analysis to the leadership team.
• Build finance processes for future growth.
• Integrate AI into finance workflows.
• Ask critical questions to drive financial decisions.
• Contribute to a dynamic and innovative finance environment.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, preferably in investment banking or a top-tier FP&A program.
• Experience with subscription revenue models and SaaS metrics.
• Ability to manage external audit processes.
• Proficient in building financial models and forecasts.
• Familiarity with sales tax and multi-currency environments.
• Bonus: Experience in a company with 20-100 employees.

Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 - $180,000.
