Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

Roomstay (SaaS) and Dijitally (agency) operate across Australia, the UK, and Ireland with multi-entity, multi-currency finance operations. We are hiring a hands-on Finance Manager to take full ownership of the finance function across both businesses.

In Short

• Take full ownership of finance operations across both businesses
• Manage invoicing across multiple entities
• Oversee payroll for an international team
• Produce management reporting pack including revenue by entity and key drivers
• Build and maintain a rolling cashflow forecast
• Act as a finance partner to the founder
• Design and implement structured finance processes
• Improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Ensure compliance with BAS / GST / PAYG obligations
• Coordinate with external accountants for filings and statutory reporting

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance Manager / Financial Controller role
• Strong experience with Xero
• Experience working across multi-entity structures and multi-currency environments
• Hands-on mindset (comfortable executing as well as overseeing)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability
