Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

Tilt is hiring a Senior BI Analyst to build accurate and trustable data models and tools for our Product and Compliance teams, focusing on feature usage, onboarding funnels, and customer journey analysis.

In Short

• Build dbt models and SQL datasets for product usage and customer journeys.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to address analytics use cases.
• Create and maintain SQL templates and a reusable code library.
• Add tests to keep data accurate and surface anomalies.
• Coordinate with teams on instrumentation and report changes.
• Expand documentation on data models and queries.
• Act as a resource for SQL and visualization across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years in an analytical role with reports and dashboards.
• 2+ years working with dbt.
• Experience in regulated finance (banking, insurance, etc.).
• Expert in SQL with a track record of performance.
• Experience with data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Ability to enable self-service through templates and training.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Curiosity about applying AI tools in analytics.
