Product & Brand Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Product & Brand Designer at Tilt México, you’ll play a critical role across the full design spectrum, shaping both our product experience and brand expression.

In Short

• Design and iterate on user experiences from concept through launch.
• Create high-quality, consumer-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into design solutions.
• Define and uphold design standards across Tilt’s product ecosystem.
• Partner with marketing for cohesive brand and product design.
• Produce digital assets for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Evaluate design effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency.
• Foster a strong design culture within the organization.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in consumer-facing design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong eye for typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in rapidly iterating designs and building prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills for feedback and collaboration.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
