We are seeking a passionate Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine love for data. This role isn't just about surfacing numbers- it's about transforming data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions.

In Short

• Collaborate with teams across Pricing, Claims & Fraud, and senior leadership to identify and evaluate key KPIs influencing conversion and performance.
• Make data accessible and digestible for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor business performance, conduct ad-hoc deep dives, and proactively share insights with senior leaders.
• Build and maintain robust reports and dashboards using SQL, Looker, Excel, etc.
• Support forecasting and modelling efforts to help teams understand business targets.

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry with knowledge of claims processes.
• Hands-on experience in analytics, reporting, and drawing insights from data.
• Ability to build dashboards with Looker and possess advanced skills in Excel and SQL.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels of seniority.
