Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

Brightspeed is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our rapidly growing Network Transformation organization. This position will build and maintain reporting & insights systems that support our entrepreneurial business requirements.

In Short

• Analyze data from internal and external sources for business consumption.
• Design, develop and implement decision support solutions.
• Partner with IT to influence ETL processes and data structures.
• Ensure projects meet network readiness dates within budget.
• Develop innovative approaches to address complex data issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements.
• Evaluate business needs to inform OSP architecture design solutions.
• Maintain reporting infrastructure using various reporting stacks.
• Serve as a technical business analyst to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
• 10+ years of Telecom background in installation and maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience as an engineer, planner, or data analyst.
• Experience with Telecom Network Design systems.
• Hands-on development experience with reporting tools.
• Experience with complex datasets from internal databases.
• Big data technologies and advanced data analytics is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
