In Short

• Manage and grow a team of Data Analysts/Business Intelligence professionals.
• Define and execute the strategic vision for Business Intelligence.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution for the Business Intelligence function.
• Act as a key partner for leaders across all departments.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to design scalable data models.
• Stay current on industry trends and recommend improvements.
• Clearly communicate insights and data strategy to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Business Intelligence or Analytics Engineering.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience in data visualizations using Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Experience with modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
• Ability to create effective, data-driven solutions.
