Requirements

• Master's degree focused on data analytics or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• 5+ years in a management role leading BI teams.
• Deep knowledge of value-based care principles.
• Advanced skills in SQL, relational databases, and data visualization tools.
• Extensive experience in data management, particularly with healthcare data.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare and HIPAA compliance.
• Skilled in managing complex projects with Agile methodologies.
