Overview

The Senior Director, Commercial Contracting on the Strategic Payer Partnerships team will execute Aledade’s Commercial value-based care contracts with national and regional health plans as we help primary care providers shift into value-based care.

In Short

• Lead negotiations and renegotiations of Commercial value-based care contracts with health plan partners.
• Develop knowledge of Aledade’s existing Commercial contract terms.
• Co-lead business development and new health plan partnership efforts.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members on negotiations.
• Nurture relationships with key stakeholders at health plan partners.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in healthcare with health plans or provider groups.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Results-oriented with strong influence skills.
• Proven track record in relationship management.
• Passionate about value-based care.
• Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
