Overview

The Senior Director, Commercial Contracting will lead Aledade’s efforts in executing value-based care contracts with health plans, supporting primary care providers in the transition to value-based care.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare contract negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven relationship-building skills with senior management.
• Results-oriented with strong influence skills.
• Passionate about transitioning to value-based care.
• Expertise in sales and business development.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead negotiations.
