Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be a key member of the team that designs technical, service, and content solutions to support Aledade’s various lines of business with a focus on Medicare patients.

• Own the test-and-learn infrastructure for outreach modalities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS.
• 5+ years managing A/B testing programs in healthcare.
• Experience optimizing AI performance and managing test programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to partner with analytics teams.
• Expertise in multi-channel orchestration and patient journey optimization.
• Proficiency with A/B testing platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Intermediate understanding of EHR data integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and healthcare data sets.
