Senior Product Manager, Experimentation - Remote

Overview

LaunchDarkly is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Experimentation team and help shape the future of how product delivery teams measure the success of new features. This role will be instrumental in delivering an ambitious roadmap that empowers customers to make data-driven decisions through trusted experimentation capabilities.

In Short

• Own market/customer research, product strategy, and product roadmap for experimentation ownership areas.
• Engage deeply with customers to identify opportunities and needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of product builds.
• Act as a primary point of contact for Experimentation customers.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to define Go-To-Market plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience, especially with developer tools, data, analytics, or experimentation products.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market in B2B.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly product features.
• Experience running online experiments to inform decisions.
