Overview

The Senior Manager, Compensation will design and implement innovative compensation strategies and programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with laws.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of total rewards experience.
  • Proficiency in Generative AI tools and data analysis platforms.
  • Ability to lead change management strategies.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and data visualization.
  • Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation software.
  • Experience with Equity ISO, RSUs, and Stock Options.
