The Compensation Senior Manager plays a critical and strategic role in designing, managing, and continuously enhancing the company's global broad-based compensation strategy, ensuring global competitiveness, equity, and compliance with all relevant laws and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of compensation practices regarding salary management and equity-based programs.
  • Experience in creating and executing global project plans.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for compensation modeling and trend analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with global HRIS.
  • 6+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese.
