Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to optimize the variable compensation process across its Go-To-Market organization, ensuring accuracy and transparency in compensation execution.

In Short

• Own and optimize compensation tooling and systems.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales leadership to design compensation plans.
• Partner with data teams to validate compensation data.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing and coordinate post-deployment enablement.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows and reporting.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Compensation Operations.
• Proficiency with CaptivateIQ or similar tools.
• Strong collaboration with analytics teams.
• Experience in defining Statements of Work and conducting UAT.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams for compensation programs.
