Overview

Apollo.io is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support sales teams by building scalable, high-impact enablement programs that drive outbound sales and upsell success.

In Short

  • Develop playbooks and sales systems for Account Managers and Sales.
  • Design and facilitate training programs for new hires and ongoing learning.
  • Partner with Sales Managers for coaching and performance optimization.
  • Launch and measure success of enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and other departments.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools like Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with leadership enablement methodologies is a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Enablement or related fields.
  • Understanding of outbound sales strategies and expansion playbooks.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Sandler).
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in enablement tools like LMS, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with Product-Led Growth environments is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Exceptional facilitation and content creation skills.
