• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires
• Create ongoing training and certifications for sales representatives

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
• 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement or operations
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and training skills
• High proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and enablement tools
• Data-driven mindset for analyzing metrics
• Ability to partner cross-functionally
