In Short

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Implement internal financial controls and procedures.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager on the full accounting cycle.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and other financial software.
• Prepare for audits by maintaining organized records.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP principles.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in creating dashboards and presentations.
• Certification in bookkeeping or CPA designation preferred.
• QBO and Bill.com certifications are a plus.
