Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team on a long-term/part-time basis. This role is ideal for an accounting expert with a strong background in managing financial records and maintaining compliance. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical financial processes and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

In Short

  • Manage bookkeeping accounts as assigned.
  • Provide quality support workpapers for Accountants.
  • Make yourself someone the office team couldn’t live without.
  • Assist with managing administrative and logistical infrastructure of the company.
  • Perform monthly bookkeeping, banking, and account reconciliations with QuickBooks Online.
  • Prepare supporting workpapers for financial reporting.
  • Ensure integrity of accounting systems and timely report production.
  • Assist with compliance tasks and internal procedures.
  • Maintain client relationships and manage communications.
  • Perform general office duties and assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • Small business experience and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks Online.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills for customer care.
  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to enhance efficiencies.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Business required.
  • 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience required.
