Apollo.io is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable & Automation Analyst to join our Accounting team, managing vendor payments and financial operations across multiple international entities.

In Short

• Manage full lifecycle of vendor payments.
• Process invoices and handle vendor inquiries.
• Coordinate travel and expense processing.
• Perform credit card reconciliations.
• Support procurement operations and vendor onboarding.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Experience with procurement platforms like Zip.
• Hands-on experience with travel & expense systems.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Attention to detail in transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting is a plus.
