Overview

Allegion is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance, focusing on month-end close, advanced financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.

In Short

• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Provide insights on financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with cross-functional teams for financial guidance.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA or CPA designation is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
