Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• 12 months of call center experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.
• HS Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Typing speed of 35 wpm or higher.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic web applications.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify recurring issues.
• Familiarity with smart device applications preferred.
• Initial job training will be Monday-Friday for the first few weeks.
