Overview

The Inside Sales Coordinator – Multi-Family Aftermarket serves as the primary liaison between demand-creation teams and the sales organization, handling multi-family customer inquiries, qualifying and processing leads, and maintaining accurate CRM data.

In Short

  • Accurately enter and maintain lead data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Qualify leads and route them to appropriate sales consultants.

  • Support lead-generation activities including outbound calling.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects supporting broader business efforts.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, B2B preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • CRM experience required, Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Proficiency with Power BI is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Experience in multi-family or commercial market segments.
