Overview

The Technical Operations Support Specialist at Allegion is responsible for managing equipment orders, providing technical troubleshooting support, and assisting with client installations across various NterNow smart-home platforms.

In Short

  • Manage equipment orders for WiFi & Z-Wave hubs and locks.
  • Perform Tier 2 & Tier 3 diagnostics on smart-home devices.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team for technical guidance.
  • Develop expertise in NterNow platforms and IoT integration.
  • Adhere to quality control and shipping logistics procedures.
  • Provide high standard customer service and handle technical escalations.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate complex technical issues effectively.
  • Continuous learning and adaptability to new technologies.
  • Experience with IoT and smart-home technology preferred.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
