Overview

The Sales Coordinator will manage incoming leads, schedule qualified appointments, and coordinate the sales and service teams. This role will start remote and transition to full-time, in-office work in Walterboro, South Carolina once the office is fully operational.

In Short

  • Handle incoming leads via phone and CRM
  • Set a minimum of 5 qualified appointments per day
  • Match and assign leads to appropriate sales representatives
  • Schedule existing customers for service appointments and follow-up calls
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Communicate daily with the Sales Director
  • Learn and confidently communicate company product knowledge
  • Follow training scripts, prompts, and company processes
  • Ask questions, seek feedback, and continuously improve performance
  • Support administrative and coordination needs as required

Requirements

  • Experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or call coordination
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRM
  • QuickBooks experience required
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to learn scripts, systems, and products quickly
  • Comfortable with call volume and performance-based expectations
