Sales Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Sales Coordinator will provide support to the U.S. Federal Sales team at Magnet Forensics, a global leader in digital investigative software.

In Short

• Support the sales team with administrative duties.
• Manage opportunities, create sales quotes, and enter purchase orders.
• Collaborate on sales analytics and reports from Salesforce.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Prepare sales literature to facilitate the selling process.
• Liaise with legal and finance for agreement modifications.
• Coordinate with Operations teams for product delivery.
• Prepare RFP responses and coordinate events.
• Promote positive relationships with customers.
• Assist in driving attendance to events and workshops.

Requirements

• 3+ years of administrative experience.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Knowledge of the U.S. Federal Government is a plus.
