Overview

The IT Support Representative is an integral member of the IT Support team, responsible for providing world-class service and support to the Assent Team, regardless of location.

In Short

  • Provide proactive and reactive IT support to Assent employees.
  • Configure and set up technology systems.
  • Manage and monitor systems accounts.
  • Support specific cloud systems used by the corporation.
  • Triage and escalate technical requests.
  • Maintain asset inventory and software licensing.
  • Manage user accounts and troubleshoot office network.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Windows and macOS.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Superb interpersonal skills and team player.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to problem-solve independently.
  • Curiosity about technology.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
  • Proactive communication skills.
