Overview

Assent is looking for a curious, collaborative, and technically sharp Analytics Engineer to join our Revenue Analytics team, where you will play a key role in scaling our data infrastructure and enabling predictive insights that shape revenue strategy.

In Short

Engineer scalable data infrastructure and maintain robust data pipelines.
Architect clean and reliable data models for core business analytics.
Collaborate with analysts and revenue leaders to deliver actionable insights.
Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and error-handling practices.
Optimize data pipeline performance for speed and reliability.
Incorporate GenAI tools and ML workflows to enhance operational insights.
Support and mentor junior team members in data best practices.
Create documentation and resources for data consumers.
Stay updated on data engineering trends and contribute to strategy.

Requirements

5+ years experience in data science or analytics roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to translate data into strategy with statistical rigor.
Advanced expertise in SQL, DBT, and data warehousing (Snowflake preferred).
Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
Understanding of data infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
Experience with BI tools like Tableau; exposure to AWS or Kubernetes is a bonus.
Curiosity for how data drives growth and influences customer journeys.
Experience with generative AI and ML models in analytics.
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complexity.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
