Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or sustainability.
• Relevant degree in Chemistry, Environmental Law, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of compliance software solutions.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic and business-minded with strong acumen.
• Collaborative and able to build cross-functional relationships.
• Highly motivated self-starter with project management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing practices and product design.
